TASTING NOTES

Second wine made from the beautifully old Cabernet Sauvignon vines within Nagambie lakes. This year blackberry is the ruler of the roost, from nose all the way through the palette. Although, there is some lovely raspberry lingering, especially through the mid palette. Rich in flavour, with beautiful deep colours, this wine has the look, smell and taste all in alignment and leaves you wanting more. Being the king of varietals, this Cabernet Sauvignon will certainly benefit with careful cellaring.
