TASTING NOTES

Our 2022 Pinot Noir beautifully captures the essence of the Yarra Valley’s cool climate with elegance and finesse. In the glass, it presents a vibrant ruby hue, hinting at its youthful energy and intensity. Aromas of fresh red cherries, wild strawberries, and hints of cranberry are immediately inviting, interwoven with subtle notes of earthy forest floor and delicate spices. On the palate, this wine reveals fine, silky tannin and a bright acidity that gives it refreshing lift. The fruit profile leans toward red cherry and strawberry, a touch of savoury herb, adding depth and complexity. A mineral streak runs through the mid-palate, showcasing the Yarra Valley’s unique terroir, while a smooth, lingering finish highlights the wine's purity and balance. This Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with grilled duck, mushroom risotto, or a selection of semi-hard cheeses. Enjoy now, or cellar for 5–7 years to watch it evolve.
