100% handpicked on 27 February 2016. De-stemmed and pressed, with overnight juice settling. Fermented and matured in a mixture of seasoned French oak barriques of varying ages. Matured on full ferment lees for 11 months. Bottled 26 January 2017.

Tasting notes:

The 2016 Chardonnay displays the same breed as the previous vintage with refined mineral notes. Not overpowered by oak or malo, this Chardonnay exhibits elegant fruit such as white peach, melon & citrus, leaving a flinty well balanced wine.
