TASTING NOTES

This captivating blend of Viognier and Marsanne highlights the elegance of Yarra Valley white varietals. A brilliant pale gold in the glass, it greets the nose with enticing aromas of apricot, honeysuckle, and white peach, complemented by subtle hints of almond and orange blossom. The palate is rich yet beautifully balanced, with layers of ripe stone fruit, a whisper of ginger spice, and a creamy texture from partial barrel fermentation. The finish is long and rounded, with a delicate touch of minerality. A perfect match for roast chicken, creamy pastas, or spiced Asian dishes.
