TASTING NOTES

A delightful expression of cool-climate winemaking, this Rosé showcases a vibrant salmon hue. On the nose, fragrant notes of wild strawberries, rose petals, and a hint of guava. The palate is fresh and vibrant, offering flavours of ripe raspberry, white peach, and a subtle hint of watermelon, perfectly balanced by a refreshing acidity. The finish is crisp and elegant, with a lingering mineral undertone that speaks to its Yarra Valley origins. A versatile wine, it pairs beautifully with light salads, seafood, or simply enjoyed on its own on a sunny afternoon.
