You must not order or purchase goods from us: If you are aged under 18; for re-sale purposes (all goods must be purchased for personal use)

At Steels Gate, we strive to provide the exact wines selected for your wine club package. However, due to availability, certain wines may occasionally be out of stock. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute unavailable wines with a comparable alternative of equal or greater value. Our team will ensure that any replacement wine aligns with the overall style and quality of your original selection, maintaining the premium experience you expect from Steels Gate.

Unfortunately, due to subscription process limitations, changes to the wines selected in the choose your own packages cannot be made while the subscription is active. Please contact us if you have made a mistake during your selection and we will cancel and re-issue your subscription with your updated selection. 

Subscriptions that are terminated prior to the first scheduled renewal will incur an early exit fee of $50.  If you wish to cancel your subscription at any time, please contact us in writing at admin@steelsgate.com.au

You may pause your subscription once during your active subscription period for up to 90 days. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period ends. After using your one pause, you can either continue with your subscription or cancel it.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled by you or if automatic/manual payments fail. In the event of a payment failure, we will attempt to notify you and provide options to resolve the issue. Please review our cancellation policy for detailed instructions on how to cancel your subscription at any time.

For subscription packs your first order will be dispatched within 5-10 working days of order being placed, then subsequent deliveries will be dispatched depending on subscription frequency.

Unsuccessful deliveries as a result of incorrect addresses given by members will incur a redelivery charge, these charges will be at the rate charged by the courier.

If goods are damaged in transit, we will arrange collection of damaged goods and replace them at our cost.

If a wine is not available, we will replace with a similar wine of equal or greater value.

If the goods are faulty, not of merchantable quality, defective or not fit for their purpose, we will arrange for their collection and will either replace the goods or provide a full refund, at your choice.

Membership benefits are for the sole use of the member and cannot be transferred, exchanged, gifted or sold for commercial gain.

Membership benefits are void for the duration of a membership pause and will recommence on recommencement of the subscription.

Discounts for the restaurant and free cellar door tastings must be booked in advance and the member must give their name and membership number when making a booking. Restaurant discounts and free cellar door tastings are only valid when the member is in attendance at the restaurant booking or cellar door tasting. Member discounts for the restaurant and cellar door cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion at any venue or event on the estate or on the website.

Membership benefits commence from the date of the first subscription dispatch and conclude on the date of the last subscription dispatch.

Tier Wine Club benefits last for 12 months from when the tier level was achieved.

Credit cards will be charged on the day of the subscription renewal. Members will receive a renewal reminder email at 2 weeks, 1 week and also 1 day prior to automatic credit card processing . By joining the Steels Gate Wine Club, the member authorises Steels Gate to make charges to the nominated credit card.

It is the members responsibility to ensure that the credit card details are kept up to date in the member portal.

If payment is unable to be processed for any reason, membership benefits will be suspended until payment is up to date and no subscriptions will be dispatched without payment.

Members data will not be shared with any third party, except for the purposes of providing delivery details to delivery partners.

Members are responsible for ensuring that there delivery, contact and payment details are kept up to date via the customer portal. Steels Gate cannot except any responsibility for any losses or damages as a result of members failure to update the above fore mentioned details.

Steels Gate Home Block Vineyard
Situated at 230m above sea level was planted in the late 1970’s on an undulating slope on friable grey loam soils. Completely non irrigated and hand nurtured, surrounded by National Park. The vines are cared for by hand and the grapes carefully hand picked at the perfect harvest time. This 6+ acres comprises of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.
Steels Gate Melba Block Vineyard
Situated at 150m above sea level was planted in the early 1980s. Similar to the Homeblock, the Melba vines are all cared for by hand, 100% cane pruned to ensure best quality fruit is grown and hand harvested.
Nagambie Vineyard
Nagambie Vineyard is a partnership with a family estate located in the picturesque Nagambie region. Still cool climate, this region produces lovely medium bodies reds and some lovely Rieslings and other similar white varieties.
